The Sunrise spread is a five cards spread recommended for everyday use, when it is possible, during the sunrise.
No such thing as “good” or “bad” day, only days we are prepared for, and days we are not prepared. The Sunrise Tarot spread will provide the information someone needs to know about the day ahead.
The Sunrise spread is also called the Fifth Element spread. The Fifth Element is the man/woman, the receiver, the recipient, the beneficiary of the energies of the Elements.
When someone is aware of the energies radiating from the inside and knows the influences coming from the outside, can handle and use them for her or his benefit.
The first card represents the inquirer.
The second card represents the Element Fire. Fire represents desire, instinct and impulsiveness.
The third card represents the Element Water. Water represents emotions.
The fourth card represents the Element Air. Air represents thoughts, respectively fears and hopes.
The fifth card represents the Element Earth. Earth represents the material world, the materialisation, respectively the outcome.
Shuffle and cut the cards three times then draw five cards. Layout the cards face down. Turn them over one by one in order to read and interpret.
