Some clients have too many things on their plate, has various issues that they are dealing with and can not focus on a single question.
For these type of situations, I recommend the “Romany” or “Gypsy spread.”
The Gypsy spread is an adaptation from a spread usually performed with regular playing cards, sometimes with the full deck of fifty-two cards, sometimes with thirty-six cards (where the 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s are excluded).
With the Tarot deck, I recommend to use the entire deck of seventy-eight cards, but someone may take off the twenty-two cards of the Major Arcana and the four Kings to obtain the equivalent of the fifty-two cards playing card deck.
It is also worth to mention that the interpretation of the Tarot cards and playing cards differ, but I recommend to use the interpretation familiar to you. Another important detail, if someone wants to try using playing cards, use a brand-new pack, ‘virgin’ deck, never use a deck which was already used for other (playing) purposes. If someone uses a regular playing card deck for divination, should only use them exclusively for this purpose.

The spread is quite simple.
Shuffle and cut as you like, then extract twenty-one (21) cards.
Lay out the cards in three rows of seven cards each.
The Romany spread consists of three rows of seven cards each.
These three rows correspond to the past, present and future.
Row A represents present-time issues, respond to the question “what is going on right now?”
Row B represent the past. Cards 8, 9 and 10 represent the more distant past, while 12, 13 and 14 represent the recent past.
Row C represent the future, how things will evolve in the next three weeks or three months (something that should be established before the reading).

Column 4 is considered of special importance, respectively cards 4, 11 and 18 represent the inquirer and her or his central interests and concerns.
Card 4 represents the current situation, card 11 the root of the problem and card 18 the possible outcome according to the current curse of the events.

I have to mention that this is a slightly modified layout, an altered version of the original spread.
In the traditional spread, Row A is not in the middle, but it is the first upper line of cards. However, according to my perception of time in the Tarot spreads, I placed the present in the middle of the spread and past is the upper line, while the future is down.

How to read the spread.
Begin with the Column 4, then read the rows in order, A, B and C from left to right.
Also, you can analyse each column separately. The card from the Row A represents the current situation, the card from the Row B represents the origin of the issue, and the card from the Row C represent the future development of the issue in question.

An alternative interpretation of the cards is possible by reading the columns.
Column 1 represents friends and environment. It represents the body.
Column 2 represents hopes and fears; it represents the heart.
Column 3 represents the inquirer’s plans; it represents the mind.
Column 4 represents the inquirer.
Column 5 represents unexpected events, surprises.
Column 6 represents the near future.
Column 7 represents the distant future.

Alternatively, someone can use this spread to predict events in the next week (seven days).
In that case, you should perform the reading on Friday evening for the next week or Sunday morning.
The card from the first column represents Sunday – the first day of the week, the card from the second column represents Monday, the card from the third column represent Tuesday and so on.
Just like in the previous example, for each day the card from the Row A represents the current situation, the card from the Row B represents the origin (or the source) of the issue, and the card from the Row C represent the outcome.
