The reversed Eight of Disks signifies deadlock. Speaking of an Earth card, it indicates a practical, physical end of something. There is a Romanian saying: the dead never return from the grave. Something similar to “done and dusted.”
Whatever it was, you can do nothing to change the situation.
The reversed Strength signifies losing your vital energy. Only in favourable circumstances it represent a moment of voluntary relaxation. However, it often refers to exhaustion and, in extreme conditions, lethargy.
Also, considering this is one of the twelve most powerful cards in the deck, you should rest and allow yourself some time to recharge your batteries. You can’t fight the universe.
The projected possible future is the Ten of Wands.
The core message of the card is to be spontaneous. The way out of being stuck and exhausted is to do things spontaneously. Follow your gut feeling, and things will turn out better.
