The three Ds today – dependency, delusion and disintegration – come down to one word: De-struc-tion.
No matter how gloomy it may seem, the outcome is not that disastrous.
Everything in nature and the universe is born, develops and finally dies, making room for something new or a new existential cycle.
The only major concern is that you become trapped in a loop and repeat the same cycle endlessly.
We know how it all started, and we can predict the end.
The reversed Three of Swords indicates a dependency. Usually, it is a belief held within a mental model, theory, or concept. You believe that that is the only truth or the only possibility, and there is no other viable alternative.
However, it can represent any other dependency of someone or something.
The reversed Nine of Cups signifies that we have a distorted and unrealistic perception of the situation.
The combination of the reversed Three of Swords and reversed Nine of Cups may even suggest that we have been intentionally misinformed and directed into a delusion.
Finally, the reversed Tower is the ultimate lightning strike that breaks down the walls of lies and reveals the truth. It is a painful realisation, but an unavoidable step to liberation.
