Life is an endless maze of choices. One of the hardest things is not to have regrets, but to learn from your mistakes. While the Two of Wands is a simple card by definition, the choices it requires can be quite difficult.
Based on the next card, the Chariot, your decisions relate to home and feeling safe. The cards reveal a firm choice: family first.
The cards reveal an interesting and current topic in today’s world: the archaic spiritual warfare of “good and evil” has taken a visible ideological form. It’s the war of the so-called traditionalists against the globalists. Traditionalists are considered conservatives and oppose evolution, while globalists are labelled progressive. As so often in human history, words – and slogans – matter more than actions.
I’m in an awkward position. I have never been a conservative. Moreover, I consider myself progressive. I was critical of organised religion and especially Christianity. In my opinion, Abrahamic religions copied and hijacked previous religious beliefs and twisted them to their own interests. Organised religion was an instrument to manipulate and subjugate the masses.
Yet I cannot identify with the current globalist trend, which is a rebranded and updated form of Marxism. Changing one form of oppression for another doesn’t sound like progress to me. I find the current assault on Christianity and traditional European values, including family, unacceptable.
Just as I reject gender theory, aggressive and exaggerated gay propaganda, pseudo-diversity, mass migration, the Green Deal hoax, and all the fancy nonsense that is presented and pushed on the public agenda as progressive nowadays. I refuse to accept the abnormal as normal and hallucinations as factual reality. It is humanitarian that we ensure the protection of minority groups and those who are deranged, but this protection should not come at the expense of the majority and healthy individuals.
In a recently popular TV series, The Sandman, produced by Netflix, a gay character boldly stated that being straight is boring. In that sense, I prefer to be boring rather than gay.
Nowadays, perhaps more than ever, people mistake technological progress for spiritual development, and degeneration is considered evolution. It’s an upside-down world on its way to disintegration.
As a result, I ended up in the uncomfortable position of becoming the defender of Christianity and traditional values.
The family is considered the vital cell of society because it is the first natural society where individuals learn love, responsibility, and social values, forming the foundation for personal and communal life. It plays a crucial role in nurturing and educating children, contributing to the overall growth and stability of society.
The family results from marriage, and marriage is only possible between a woman and a man with the purpose of procreation. Same-sex people cannot procreate. It’s not discrimination; it is the nature of the universe and biology. Love is love when you don’t have to publicise it.
It’s comfortable to say that it’s not your battle and stay aside, claiming neutrality. However, there are special circumstances, like the times we are living in now, when escapism doesn’t work.
Today’s card shows exactly this situation and these choices. Jean-Paul Sartre said that “We are our choices.”
And the future?
As with any moral or spiritual quest, it will bring to the surface more problems and questions than it will offer release and answers.
Nobody has all the right answers, and no one holds a monopoly on truth. Finding your own answers is the only way to navigate through these clouded times.
