The past is reflected in the Four of Disks, signifying protection. Considering this, the reversed Page of Cups likely evokes a sense of nostalgia for the safety and stability experienced in the past.
The critical question here is, can the past be brought back alive? Is that a realistic option, or is it just a fantasy? Are the current circumstances favourable for recreating the past conditions?
Moreover, was the past as safe and stable as you remember, or is it just another romanticised and distorted memory?
Based on the reversed Hermit, perhaps you project an unrealistic picture of the past.

Both the Page of Cups and the Hermit relates to Pisces and the Twelve House and concerns intimate and mystical matters.
