KS Two of Wands

Karpathy-Smith Tarot Two of Wands
The Golden Dawn astrological attribution of the card is Mars in Aries which signifies originality, enthusiasm, a burst of energy and eagerness to be at the centre of the action, impulsiveness, even aggressiveness. However, Pamela’s depiction of the card, based on Etteilla’s interpretation, suggest hesitation and contemplation, an existential crossroad. What are my options? Which way to go?
