Just like yesterday, the root card is a King. Fortunately, today is the King of Disks in the upright position.
The King of Disks is a perfect root card. Venus in Taurus ensures that things go according to plan and that there are no disruptions in the workflow. Stability is a critical condition for further development.
Interestingly, the same Venus animates the Temperance card. However, because of the card’s reversed position, it signifies imbalance rather than balance and moderation.
The card can be restored to its natural position by working with the Two, Three and Four of Swords. It means that the situation requires diplomacy, compensation, and originality. You will have to negotiate, make some compromises, and be creative to find the best answers to complex issues.
While reversed Major Arcana cards can be restored, they require considerable, sometimes supra-human, effort.
However, the most important thing is to identify the cause of the imbalance.
In that matter, the clue is the third card: Sacrifice, traditionally called The Hanged Man.
What does that practically mean?
Well, the Sacrifice card suggests that both the problems and the solutions are not in the external, material world, but in the depths of the inner universe.
While traditionally the Hanged Man has been associated with Judas and the burden of guilt, in the Unified Esoteric System and Tarot, Sacrifice relates to Jesus, and the required sacrifice is of the ego.
Esoteric means hidden and understood only by a limited group of people, usually initiated ones. What is commonly and publicly available and understood by large masses of people, by definition, cannot be esoteric, and it is exoteric. “Esoteric” refers to “inner,” or intimate knowledge, and “exoteric” refers to external – and superficial – knowledge.
One method of keeping the esoteric hidden is to disseminate false – pseudo – “esoteric” knowledge to the public.
Thus, most of the commonly esoteric labelled teachings are misinformation.
The Hanged Man–Sacrifice comparison is a brilliant example of how most of what we know is, in fact, the exact opposite.
I don’t want to say I’m right, but I’m right even if I’m a minority of one.
One cannot escape the Matrix as long as one lives by its rules and deceits.
