KS Queen of Cups

Karpathy-Smith Tarot Queen of Cups
The traditional interpretation of the card is a blond woman. Her attributes, according to Etteilla, are virtue, wisdom, honesty. Mathers adds success, happiness and pleasure, qualities subsequently embraced by Waite. Crowley, on the other hand, associated the card with dreaminess, illusion and tranquillity. She is patient, capable of receiving and transmitting everything without being affected.
My interpretation is loyalty, in the sense of pragmatic emotional decisions. May life – and partnerships – not be perfect, but we have to extract the best from them in any given time.
